I got my dad into it, he was so upset when he finished season 2 lol.. very happy though when i said there would be a season 3!!

Alcon Television Group Series Set to Return April 11

Season 3 of SYFY's THE EXPANSE will premiere Wednesday, April 11 at 9/8c. Picking up immediately following the emotional and suspenseful second season finale, the 13-episode third season finds Earth, Mars and The Belt at war, with each competing entity vying for control. Now, more than ever, the mission to unlock the secret of the protomolecule reaches an all-time high and every decision made could jeopardize the survival of the solar system.

THE EXPANSE unfolds across a colonized galaxy 200 years in the future, when two strangers become unwittingly swept up in a vast conspiracy. Based on the New York Times bestselling book series collectively known as "The Expanse," written by Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck (under the pen name James S. A. Corey), the series stars Steven Strait, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Dominique Tipper, Cas Anvar, Wes Chatham and Frankie Adams. I'm so excited! It also gives me some time for a rewatch! I updated the OP with the date and teaser thanks!

SyFy is upping their game.  Dark Matter is another good one.

Loved Dark Matter so much but SyFy canceled it with only 2 seasons left on a huge cliffhanger UGH! Dark Matter was made by a Stargate writer too, I was mind blown that they canceled it as it was getting better numbers than Killjoys (which I haven't watched) but it apparently came down to the fact that Dark Matter wasn't an "Original" so they didn't make as much money... I'm still salty. They tried so hard to do a twitter storm of hashtags to bring it back and the producer said it got close but no cigar.. they are now trying to reboot a new original stargate with the original writers

Someone surely has to pick this back up. Amazon is looking good?

I admit I was a bit bored with some of the war stuff but I swear the past couple of episodes have blown me away, and feels like the original Expanse I got hooked on. 

I could not wait for tonight's episode and it paid off !
